How can I use the course coupon code?

Click on the Buy Now button for the course, and before checkout, you will see a Promo Code field. Enter your discount code and press Enter or click Apply to redeem it! Reminder: The promo code is case-sensitive and must match exactly to be redeemed.

What are the payment methods available? Is installment payment accepted?

We accept one-time payment via credit card, PayPal, and Stripe. For installment payment, currently, we only accept installment payment via credit card.

How can I watch the course after a successful purchase?

After purchasing and successfully completing payment for the course, your access to the class will be immediately granted! You can view the course on your computer, phone, or tablet. Here's how to access your purchased course: Go to the Teachify Academy website and click Login in the upper right corner. Once logged in, go to My Purchases and click My Courses to find the course you purchased and start watching! If you have purchased a "pre-order course" for an online course, you will need to wait until the course officially begins and the videos are uploaded before you can access the content. Why haven't I received a verification email after registering?

After registering an account, you should receive a verification email immediately, which is automatically sent by the system. We recommend checking your junk or "promotions" folder for the email. If you still cannot find it, please email us at hi@teachify.tw, and our team will assist you with the verification process.
